Competitive Team
Here at Intensity Gymnastics we are proud to offer a competitive women's gymnastics team. Team season begins in May and is a full year commitment. We do accept team members mid-season. Call 737-775-9585 with any questions.
Pre-Team
3 - 4 years old
Pre-Team is where it all begins. Gymnasts will compete 2 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be twice per week. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
Compulsory Team
Levels 1 - 5
4 and up
Compulsory Teams practice days/times will vary. These levels consist of the mandatory routine's gymnasts must compete to prove their fundamental knowledge of the sport.
Optionals
Levels 6 - 10
6 and up
Practice days/times will vary. Optional levels consist of a variety of different routines and skills that the athletes get to choose based on the value system to meet the requirements. Morning and evening practice times available.
